Yoga: The 8 Limb Path

Join Felicia for an afternoon of lecture followed by a Heart Opening Yoga practice. This workshop will serve to help demystify the spiritual principles of the Yoga Systems. We will explore the eight-limbed path in a more in depth nature and offer ways to integrate these principles in a down to earth approach to Yoga on and off the mat that fits into the framework of life.

If you are looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga and take your practice to another level this workshop is for you!.

This will be chance for my Reiki students to come together and practice Reiki sessions on each other, ask questions about their own practice and support each other as Reiki Practitioners. Many of you have asked for these gatherings, so I hope you can make it! If you have friends/family interested in Reiki bring them with you and let them be the recipients of a session.
