Felicia McQuaid is the Owner and primary instructor. She has been teaching Yoga for 10+yrs and Reiki for 6+ year. Felicia McQuaid is an avid student and caring teacher, staying in a perpetual state of learning, growth and evolution. She guides her students of Yoga and Reiki to look within and return to the state of wholeness and wellness that is accessible to all!

Open your heart to the fresh promise of spring. This workshop will focus on the “yummy” backbends and “cleansing” twists to rejuvenate your system. Young living essential oils will be incorporated to enhance your experience.

Restorative yoga postures are done with props like blocks, blankets, and straps, and each pose is held for several minutes. This is a perfect practice for all levels.
